Cooking with Chocolate for
Valentines Day: From Sweet to Sinful

With Valentine's Day looming on the horizon, everyone is scrambling for the perfect way to say, "I love you." Well, as the saying goes: "The way to a man's heart is through his stomach"!

One of the most popular ingredients in Valentine's Day baking is chocolate. And with good reason - chocolate is nature's aphrodisiac! Chocolate contains phenylethylamine, the same naturally occurring amino-acid released when we fall in love, and tryptophan, a building block of serotonin, one of the brain chemicals involved in sexual arousal.

Of course, as Ellen Albertson, author of "Food as Foreplay" says, "Love radiates from the heart, seeps into the food and gives it the mystical quality that ignites the soul. The real aphrodisiac is you."
