Honey Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 6 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1 Cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/3 Cup butter
Instructions:
- Sift together all dry ingredients.
- Melt chocolate and butter, then cool.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Beat in honey and vanilla.
- Stir in dry ingredients and nuts.
- Butter an 8"x8" pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, making sure to test for
doneness.
- Top with whipped cream.
