Apple Kugel
Ingredients:
- 1 can sliced apples (or 5 large apples peeled and sliced thin)
- 1/4 pound melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients well.
- Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan
and bake at 375 for 50 minutes.Serve hot.
Variation: Try topping the kugel with cornflake crumbs mixed
with cinnamon and sugar or with pineapple slices sprinkled with
sugar and cinnamon.
