Beer Marinade for Grilled Tuna
Ingredients:
- 1 (12oz) can
beer
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons
finely minced chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2
tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon
ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Juice of two limes
Instructions:
- Mix in a food
processor.
- Marinate fish for 2 -3 hours.
