Ryan's Hamburgers

Servings: 12

Prep. Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. ground chuck
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. Lowry's Seasoning Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • Crackers, crushed Your favorite
  • barbecue sauce
  • 12 hamburger buns (onion flavor prefered)
Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl, except crackers. Mix well with hands.
  2. Add crushed crackers until mixture reaches desired consistency; mix well. Mold mixture into twelve 2-inch balls. Pat gently in hands into burger shape.
  3. Place burgers on grill over low-medium flame. Flip every 3-4 minutes.
  4. Baste with your favorite barbecue sauce after each flip.
