Chicago-Style BBQ Ribs
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp.
paprika
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 lbs. country-style back ribs
Instructions:
- Bake ribs at
450°F for 20 min. Pour off fat. Reduce oven to 300°F and cook 30
min. more.
- Meanwhile, mix sauce and simmer over low heat for 30 min.
- Drain ribs and cover with sauce.
- Cook another hour, basting every 15
min.
