Bean Salad
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/2
tsp. salt
- 1 can (10 oz.) cut green beans; drained
- 1 can (10
oz.) yellow wax beans; drained
- 1 small can red kidney beans
- 4 celery stalks; chopped 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 medium onion;
sliced in rings
- 1 medium green pepper; sliced or chopped
Instructions:
- Combine vinegar,
sugar,pepper, salad oil and salt well.
- Add the vegetables; stir
well.
- Refrigerate overnight preferably or chill in refrigerator for
several hours.
