Grilled Roasted Red Potatoes

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. red potatoes
  • 1 Reynold's Hot Bag Extra Heavy Duty Foil Bag
  • 2 tbsp. rosemary, freshly chopped
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, freshly chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 tbsp. whole butter sliced into thin pats or 1 tbsp. oil
Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill the medium high.
  2. Open foil bag.
  3. Place 1 package of red potatoes inside foil bag.
  4. Add the rosemary, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic salt and butter.
  5. To seal, double fold open end of foil bag.
  6. Shake foil bag to combine all ingredients.
  7. To cook, slide foil bag onto support pan and place foil bag onto grill.
  8. Grill 12 minutes on medium high heat on each side.
