Grilled Roasted Red Potatoes
Servings:
4-6
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. red
potatoes
- 1 Reynold's Hot Bag Extra Heavy Duty Foil Bag
- 2
tbsp. rosemary, freshly chopped
- 1 tbsp. parsley, freshly chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 3
tbsp. whole butter sliced into thin pats or 1 tbsp. oil
Instructions:
- Preheat grill
the medium high.
- Open foil bag.
- Place 1 package of red potatoes
inside foil bag.
- Add the rosemary, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic
salt and butter.
- To seal, double fold open end of foil bag.
- Shake
foil bag to combine all ingredients.
- To cook, slide foil bag onto
support pan and place foil bag onto grill.
- Grill 12 minutes on
medium high heat on each side.
