Juicy Grilled Burgers

Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- Parsley, to taste
- Garlic, crushed, to taste
- Thyme, to
taste
- Rosemary, chopped, to taste
- Ice cubes, crushed
- 2
lbs. ground beef
- 4 sesame seed buns
Instructions:
- Soften stick of
butter and add dry ingredients, along with crushed garlic, then wrap
in foil and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Shape ground beef into 4 large
patties.
- Remove herb butter from freezer along with ice cubes.
- Crush
ice cubes to get 4 small chunks.
- Slice herb butter into 4 1-inch
slices. Return remainder to freezer.
- Place 1 slice of herb butter
and ice cube into center of each burger and mold around so it is not
exposed, but in the middle of each.
- Place on hot grill and grill 15
minutes each side, turning often after first 10 minutes.
- Serve on
Sesame seed roll.
Can check internal temp of beef prior to serving,
should read 175°F.
