Grilled Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 8 large
portabella mushrooms
- Virgin olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cayanne pepper
- Paprika
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Clean and stem
mushrooms.
- With the bottoms up in a shallow pan, add dry ingredients
to taste and cover entire mushroom with olive oil. I usually let the
mushrooms soak up all the oil before I turn it to season the other
side. Do the same for the other side.
- Let the mushrooms marinate for
at least a hour and grill bottom side down first.
- Grill each side
for about 5 -7 minutes (depends on how large and thick your
mushrooms are).
- Serve immediately.
