Hi, This is probably one of the MOST AMAZING VINTAGE AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION OF AMERICAN BLACK HISTORICAL, AFRO AMERICAN PEOPLE WHO CHANGED THE FABRIC OF AMERICA AND THE WORLD. The photos shown here are only a part of the full collection.
The names of all the people who have signed individual Martin Luther King Jr. FDC's is listed below. Including, Cloretta Scott King, Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King Sr., Jullian Bond, Willy Mays, Thurgood Marshall, Harry Belafonte, Guion S. Bluford Jr., The First African American Astronaut in Space... And so many More.103+ individually signed FDC'sThere is no other collection like this anywhere, nor will there ever be.I have had this collection for over 20 years. This is probably one of the most difficult to let go of my historical autograph collections of my 25 years of collecting Autographs and Art.I've always dreamed of matting and framing them in 4-5 museum quality frames and have them hanging side by side.
There are 103+ MARTIN LUTHER KING Jr. Authentically autographed First Day Covers. A collection of some of the most Historical Black Notables in American History. Many of these people were ground breaking... being the first to find their way into the realms of Politics, Music, Astronauts, Authors, Poets, Civil Rights Leaders, Sports, Arts and more. Wish I wasn't selling so much of my autograph collection. I've been a collector for 30 years.
And it's Really sad for me to be selling this and hope it find loving homes. Really really do. .
What happened was... Just finished a 3 year ordeal with the IRS, and now I'm done with them...
and looking to start putting money aside so I can think about buying a small house after losing the one I had... all over a crap accountant.I will NOT break this collection up... so please don't ask if I will sell an individual piece.
I am looking for an app that will allow me to put more photos up ( only allows for 12 photos). Soon as I figure that one out if the collection is still here, I'll add more pics. If there's a name you see that you'd like me to send you a pic of JUST ASK.

I know this is not an insignificant amount of money... But this is one of those amazing collections that only come along once in a lifetime.
I have turned down an offer of $24,000 from a NY Lawyer last year before I put it up for sale here recently.
When this sells I know it will be to an amazing curator of appreciation.
If not... it will stay in my family and I will collect and add more autographs to the collection as the years go by.Along with the collection I am including the wonderful historical items listed down below.
There are also four or five of the Same MLK Jr. First Day Covers that are not signed (yet) so the collection can be added to.
If I've misspelled any of these it's from the sheer quantity of them and my eyes drooping shut.... Feel free to email me with Questions or Corrections.
