Pumpkin Pudding Pies
Make individual pumpkin pies with mini crusts and pudding. Start with ready-made mini crusts. Whip up a batch of boxed pumpkin flavored pudding. The kids can help to measure and mix the ingredients. Spoon the pudding into the pie crusts and refrigerate for two to three hours, or until firm. Top the pies with whipped cream and a hint of cinnamon.
Use your favorite yellow cake recipe or a boxed mix. Add in a few drops or orange food coloring and a pinch of pumpkin spice for flavor. Bakes the cupcakes, following the recipe or boxed mix’s directions. Let the cupcakes cool. Drip a few drops of orange food coloring into white frosting. Top the pumpkin cupcakes with the orange frosting and add a Cut piece of green licorice as a stem.
