PASSOVER ORANGE ICING

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Combine sugar and juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook to 242 degrees or until mixture spins a 6 - 8 inch thread. Slowly pour into stiffly beaten egg whites, beating constantly. Continue beating until mixture holds its shape.
