What the spectators see:

A £1 coin and a penny are openly displayed but then the penny instantly disappears so you are just left with an examinable, from all sides,one pound coin.

This is a quality, precision made item that will simply amaze your spectators.

It is basically a self-working effect as you only need display the coins then slide the pound over the penny and the penny nests inside the one pound shell and is held there magnetically.
