Arrived to me factory sealed.

Opened for inspection - looks great!

This accessory was current only for one year, 2004.

It is the final piece of a set of 3.

The other two are Kringle Street Town Tree (not included)

and Kringle Street Town Snowman (not included)

Those two if you know North Pole are selling for more than retail.

This accessory hasn't gone over retail yet but considering it's

the final piece of the three it might be a good thing to get it now.

It's so cute too!! :-)
