You are offerding on an Early "Adjutant and Inspector General's Office - General Orders No. 48"
Confederate Civil War document. This was issued on April 22, 1863 at Richmond,
Virginia and provides for the Exemption of active military duty of Elected
Officials in the Confederate Army. This is stamped "Rebel Archives - Record Division
- War Department", measures approx. 5" x 8" and is an original. This is in good condition with some edge wear.

multiple items won. There is a $3 handling
for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item.
