About 'FREE' Shipping: THERE IS NO SUCH THING! Shipping is NEVER free - someone must pay for it. This listing does, of course, show that shipping is 'FREE' but that simply means YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED for those costs as long as selection of shipping service is of our choice as outlined below AND the first three numbers of your 'ship to' USPS Zip Code® are the same as in the Zip Code® provided to us by when we received your offer.
We will absorb all expenses involved with respect to packing and/or cushioning materials, postage, insurance, delivery confirmation, etc. When you submit an offer provides us with your USPS Zip Code® and before accepting or declining your offer we will take into consideration an estimate of what it will cost us to deliver your purchase (because realistically those costs must be 'built in' and considered part of the sales price. For small or non-fragile items these costs may not be much of a decision factor but for large, heavy, bulky, or fragile items then these shipping costs may well enter into our accept/decline decision. This can be particularly true for packages moving more than 600 miles (USPS Zones 4 to 8) from Phoenix AZ.
Please give some thought to the costs which may be associated with safe delivery of your package and respectuflly include, as part of your offer, a reasonable amount to cover shipping - and especially so if the item you are submitting an offer on is large, bulky, heavy, fragile and/or if you are more than 600 miles from Phoenix AZ. Should you wish to know in advance what we anticipate those costs might be on a particular item please feel free to contact us and advise us your Zip Code® or city and state.
We securely cushion and box all items for USPS 'economy' mailing. We only ship to places within the 50 United States and OUR selection of First-Class, Express, Priority, Parcel Select (formerly called Parcel Post), or Media rate mailing will be based on your location and/or the size, weight, mail classification, or value of package contents. All shipments include delivery confirmation service and loss or damage insurance (although we do reserve the right to self-insure low value packages). You do, of course, have the option of specifying another carrier or service for shipping rather than accepting our choice of USPS shipping but in that case you will be responsible for ALL packing, shipping, and insurance costs applicable to your shipment.
Should you plan on picking up your item in person please indicate so in your offer as we can obviously, and generally will, sell an item for less if we do not have to absorb the costs associated with packing and shipping.
In absolutely no instance will we ever be responsible for packing, shipping, or insurance costs related to returned merchandise.
