Please see the photos of thiswonderful SASHADoll. Sheis a very pretty Blonde Sasha that is the 20th Anniversary Doll. She is dated 1965-1985 and was made to look like the original one from 1985. She comes with her all original outfit, socks &shoes, silver wrist tag & paper tag. Plus she has her box and booklet. The best part is that she is being offered with .

This doll came to me from an estate doll sale. I will be listing a few more in the next week or so. I do NOT know her history and can only describe her condition. The box and clothing had a very slight smoke smell when Ireceived her. Since having her and airing her out .. I don't notice it. She could definitely use a bath and clothes cleaned. I did NOT attempt this in fear of damaging her clothing.

I will fully describe the doll, clothing and accessories below.

She is a pretty blonde Sasha Doll. She's in wonderful shape with shiny blonde hair. The hair is fully rooted and is missing no plugs. The hair has nice curled bangs and hair in the back that reaches to her waist. She has a nice face with no missing paint or rubs. There is a slight dirty spot on the end of her nose. She has pretty blue eyes and dusty pink lips. Her body and head are unmarked. She is pretty clean with no major stains. There are a couple of light dirty spots but nothing too bad. She has her complete set of fingers and toes. Her stringing is a little loose but she can stand and hold a pose.

Sasha comes dressed in her original blue corduroy dress and matching panties. The dress is a little dirty and likes to collect lint. The collar is ivory white and looks to be a little dirty. I did NOT attempt to clean this dress in fear of damaging the collar color. The dress is long sleeved with velcro at the sleeves and neck for closure. The panties match the dress. The elastic is overstretched in the waist .. legs look okay. The panties are lined inside. She comes with her original knit socks and blue center snap shoes. The socks have browned some and need cleaning. The shoes are in nice shape with good snaps at the ankle. The biggest issue with the shoes is that the bottoms have several spots where the dark finish has come off and you can see the brown cardboard underneath. I'm not really sure what caused this but please see the photos.

Sahsa has TWO tags. One is the original round wrist tag. It has the string around her right wrist and hangs on her arm. It is silver in color with red, white and blue Sasha label on the front side. The string is a little dirty and looks browned like her socks. The back of the wrist tag says MADE IN / ENGLAND / with SERIE in the middle. The writing is blue. The second tag is a paper one. I'm not sure this hung on her writst or where .. but the tag is still present. There is no longer a string. The tag is white cardstock. The front says 20 years of Sasha / 1965-1985. The tag opens up and inside has information about this doll. The back of the card shows Sasha Morgenthaler then some information below that. The bottom corner says 29/1985.

Additionally, inside the box, there were two other pieces of information. One is the washing instructions for her hair in a cartooned diagram. It has the Sasha logo. The directions are on just a single piece of paper. The second piece of information is the Sasha Dolls booklet. The booklet is the Sasha Dolls catalogue and is No. 27, Issue 1 from January 1985. It has nice colored pictures of dolls from that era. There is a small crease but no tears or stains to the pages. It includes pictures of the dolls and has information about the Limited Editions, Clothes, Babies and Accessories. Overall ..it's in nice shape.

Finally, there is Sasha's Box. The box does have some issues. It's the long cream cardboard box with cellophane front. The cellophane is present but has come completely loose. There are no tears the plastic front but there are some creases and scratches. The plastic would need to be reattached. The box itself has some tears .. mostly at the front corners on the top and bottom edges. The bottom, outer panel has No. 1 / 1965-1985 /Sasha with her picture. This panel has been torn completely off. It still folds into the box as the insert is still there but the back edge has been torn loose from the box. There is light wear on her picture. The top panel says Sasha Doll / No. 1 / 1965 - 1985 / Made in England / Sasha Dolls Ltd / Stockport, England / SK5 6DU ... 405-667 / Printed in England. There are some dirty spots but no major stains on the front. The section where the doll stands shows some dark spots. I believe that this is the finish from her shoes. There is one white tie on the inside for holding the doll in place. The bottom tie is missing. The back panel of the box has a couple of tears (one is about 3/4" and comes from the corner and the other is 2" long from the bottom edge). Please see the photos.

Overall .. This is a nice Sasha doll that needs a little TLC and a bath. The best part is that she is being offered at low minimum offer and !Don't Miss Out .. This is a 5 Day sale !
