Congratulations you are offerding on an old B.P.O.E. Elks Club Pin or Medal Measuring a little over 5 1/2 inches long. The top piece that is stamped B.P.O.E. and the clock hanging from it are both sterling silver but unmarked, we tested them with an acid kit, the elk head is silver plated. Not very many of these on . The piece shows some good patina but would clean up reasonably easy. Please use the photo to determine true condition.
