Unique Medley Midway Sheet Music for the Chicago 1893 World\'s Fair

-14 x11 inches stiff mattpaper wraps with an accurate etching of the Midway Plaisance looking west to the Ferris Wheel looming in the background with highly embossed sepia title print (covershown).Chicago: Brainerd, 1893;a long for sheet music 10 pp. printed on heavy stiff paper (title page shown).This interesting music is a medley of short piano pieces most of them written for concessioners on the Midway (2 shown). We\'ve seen lots of WCE sheet music and this is the only one I know of with an embossed cover. A Jackson Park memory!

- Condition:Very Good:folded page creases separated except one. No marks, or stains. Two tears taped long ago (1 shown). Front cover with edge wear. The music is complete in 10 pages,but I would guess that the blank back cover is missing to make the folded sheet count perfect which would be 12 pages. I can\'t becertain that there wasadditional music on page 11 as there is no index, so sold with all faults and no returns. Pretty in its day, it must have been popular to have been handled so much!
