I am pleased to offer this all original, in excellent condition with original box GRUEN \'Cartouche\' model watch for ladies from the late 20s. This is one of several designs offered by Gruen in the 20s under the name \'Cartouche\'. It has a quality hi grade movement and it is keeping good time, ready to wear or gift!
Movement:State of the art GRUEN Swiss manual wind movement.
This is a fine 153 caliber, running well on 15 jewels.
The movement is working well and clean, keeping good time.
Crystal & Crown:
Original and signed GRUEN 14K white gold filled classic Art Deco case in octagon design, simple and elegant in excellent shape with mint glass crystal (!) and original cabuchon crown.
Dial &Hands :
100% ORIGINAL FACTORY MADE and amazing Sterling silver dial with original hard enamel print in black and original set of hands.
Tip for collectors:
Despite popular demand for refinished clean dials, I am aware of collectors\' search and sensitivity for original dials. Therefore any dials known to be refinished, will be clearly mentioned in the dial section of the description. Otherwise, dial is believed to be 100% original.
