plastic with a round gold grill. Comes with the

original box , earphone and a plastic case. It

receives AM and uses a 9 volt battery. Made

in Japan. Wt. 7oz - 5\" x 3\" x 1 3/4\"

UPDATE - Tested radio - uses a 9 volt transistor battery

turned radio on and got nothing but light static.
