Offered is a hardbound 1946 Edition of the BRITISH COLUMBIA PILOT (Canadian Edition) Volume 1, covering the Southern Portion of the Coast of British Columbia. Title page also statesINCLUDING \"The Coast of the United States and of British Columbia from Cape Flattery, Juan De Fuca Strait to Cape Caution, Together with Vancouver Island and the Inner Passages Between It and The Mainland.\"

Included is a 48 page separate Supplement dated 1949.

The BC Pilot hardbound consists of 342 pages, is indexed, and in very good condition, with the original map insert attached. Measures 6 3/4 inches by 9 3/4 inches by 1 inch. There is minor spine denting top and base of the spine, there is a bookstore label on front end paper, there are no tears at thefront nor back end caps, book has a firm binding. There is some age tanning on the pages edges when the book is closed. Clean dark green cover with storage surface wear only and minor corner denting.

Supplement is all paper, has slight age discoloration on its edges, is complete with no other issues. It measures 8 3/4 inches by 6 inches.

The Hardbound Pilot appears was originally published in 1944 and this is the 1946 edition, labeled 4th Edition, on the title page. The paperSupplement is dated 1949, and labeled as a Supplement No. 1 to the 1944 edition.
