Although I believe these are premium quality pantyhose, strong & durable, these are not runproof. Size will play the most important rolein ensuring your hosiery willmaintain it\'s durability. Too small & your height / weight will cause stress on the seams resulting in a run, tear, rip....most likely in the crotch area, waistband & / or toes. The care of your hosiery will also play a very important role; hand wash (with hosiery wash), hangdry, put on &remove with hosiery gloves. Dry, rough hands, fingernails, jewelry can snag hosiery which will cause a run. NEVER machine wash, NEVER machine dry or iron. These are designed to wear as uniform hosiery in a fast paced, busy Environment (restaurants, casinos....) & are manufactured to withstand that Environment. Thesehave added Lycra to make them stronger than most store bought brands, but again, these are not run proof. Please handle & wear with care to protect your investment.
