Diamond Dyes Antique Store Display Cabinet W/tin Lithograph "white House" Sign For Sale
I recently acquired this antique Diamond Dyes cabinet at a local sale. I did not know much about it, but from what I've been able to learn it is a store display for "Diamond Dyes" from the late 1800's or early 1900's and it is pretty rare. Although it's not perfect, it looks very good and I think it's in amazing condition considering that it is a store fixture that is more than 100 years old. I'm not sure of the exact value of this cabinet, so I'm starting it as a $1.00 no-reserve sale, but I have seen others that weren't as nice as this one go for several hundred dollars. The cabinet measures approximately 19" tall, 16.5" wide, and 9" deep. I have posted high-quality, high-resolution photos taken in my home studio so you can inspect the item in detail.
