*** ESTATE SALE *** Long time second owner is selling his 2008 Country Coach Inspire 360 model with 4 slide-outs and this is a very nice and well maintained RV. Country Coach was long known in the industry to build quality Coaches and this 2008 Inspire 360 is no exception. NO SMOKING ..... NO PETS ..... and NO CHILDREN inside this Coach and the interior is very nice. Also .... NO ODORS !
We have the build sheet for this Coach and will be happy to e-mail it to anyone seriously considering a purchase. The original list price was $322,605.00 and then $45,475.00 worth of extras were added at the factory when built .... bringing the window sticker to $370,605.00. A lot of money in 2008........ but this is a world class Class A Coach....... and Country Coach built a reputation of producing top of the line RVs for many years. Priced to sell at $122,500.00 ..............or best offer and it is beautiful inside and out. It has always been expertly maintained and the owner\'s always stored it indoors when not traveling in it. Storing a Coach inside and out of the weather ..... may be one of the very best things a owner can do with one of these coaches. The exterior paint for example would lead you to believe this is a 4 or 5 year old Coach and not a 2008 model. It looks that good.
The long time second owner\'s have other priorities now and they want to be serious about selling this one. To that end we are pricing it at $122,500.00 and that price ..... or close to it ...... will be taking home a magnificent machine that allows you to travel in high style. That price will be very hard to beat. We have checked. We have seen many examples of this same model priced at $150,000.00 or above ...... but we want to sell this one.

The Coach currently has 51,825 miles on the odometer and that means it has averaged 5,200 miles per year since new. Just enough miles to keep everything working ...... and not enough to wear anything out........ Be very cautious about a Class A Coach of this vintage that does not have any mileage on it. Sitting and not being used is quite often a bad thing for a machine like this. Much better to get some use.
As you step inside this Coach the first thing you will notice is the incredible woodwork throughout the Coach. The cherrywood cabinetry is as good as any high end home and I am not kidding. No veneer or particle board inside this Coach like you will see with so many that are being made today. Everything is solid and purposely built. Everything abou this Coach has a purpose towards quality and function.
The Custom DynoMax Country Coach chassis gives this Coach a solid and stable ride ...... (think Mercedes Benz) ....... and the steering is tight and precise. It is powered by a C9 model Caterpillar turbo-diesel engine rated at 425 horsepower and that is coupled to a Cat CX28 6 speed automatic transmission. Plenty of power and this Coach cruises easily at 70 miles per hour. With this much power and a factory installed 10,000 pound tow hitch ........ taking along a tow car or a trailer full of toys will not be a problem. The roof is one piece laminated fibreglass that is supported by steel tubular framing. This Coach has a AQUA-HOT system so that you have on demand hot water and even heating throughout the Coach with no hot or cold spots.
Starting in the rear stateroom ...... you have a queen sized bed and a large wardrobe on the rear bulkhead with mirrored doors as well as a washer and dryer behind privacy doors. Plenty of storage cabinets and drawers back here plus a flatscreen TV with DVD player and multiple lighting choices.
As you move forward you have a sink and a lit mirrored vanity on the drivers side of the Coach and then a large shower with a skylight above it. On the opposite side behind a sliding privacy door you have a toilet and another sink and mirrored vanity. Very nice to have 2 bathroom sinks in a 40 foot Coach ....... so that if 2 people are preparing to go out at the same time ..... no one has to brush their teeth in the Kitchen sink. This area has tile flooring so water is not an issue.
As you continue to move into the main cabin you have a fully equipped galley area on the passenger side that includes a stainless steel refrigerator, 3 burner cook-top, microwave/convection oven and a 2 section large sink. Lots of storage in this area and a island that slides out from the counter to give you more prep area. Across from the galley you have a built in buffet with storage for dishes and glassware and the dinette table which slides in and out depending on if you have 2 or 4 people dining. The main cabin in this Coach is very spacious with storage along both bulkheads, multiple lighting choices and a sofa on each side of the cabin. On the driver\'s side the sofa folds out into a bed for 2 people and on the passenger side the sofa jack knifes down into a sleeping area for one adult or 2 children. Being conservative this Coach sleeps 5 to 6.
Moving into the driver\'s cockpit you find that all of the controls and switches are within easy reach and this Coach is a pleasure to drive. I think anyone can learn to drive this Coach and feel comfortable doing so.The steering is tight and precise with no play in the wheel. The rear camera and side cameras give you excellent visability day or night and you can adjust the power seat to your exact for maximum comfort.
The main living area is large and spacious and roomy and ideal for entertaining. You have a large flatscreen TV in the center of the front bulkhead and the Coach is equipped with a theatre surround sound system.
All of the original books and manuals come with this Coach and the owner can answer any questions you may have.
