Fabulous MARBRO Obelisk Art Glass Lamps Mid Century Hollywood Regency Orrefors:

Hard to find Marbro obelisk, casedart glass lamps in a beautiful aqua (green-blue) color. In natural light they remind me of aqua sea glass. They are clear glass on the outside with the aqua glass inside. When the lamps are turned on the glass looks a greener color (see last photo).

Measurments are approx.:

Base- 6\" square

Base to top of glass- 22.75\"

Base to socket- 34\"

Base to top of finial- 39\"

They both have their original Marbro labels, original wiring and originalfinials. They both are in working condition with double pull chain sockets.

The lamps are in good to very good, vintage condition. I see and feel no chips, cracks or flea bites in the glass, however the glass does have many tiny bubbles as well as some spotting throughout. Thebrass fittings have some discoloration and slight pitting. One squarebrass fitting towards the baseof one lamp has come loose (it will slide up/down). It rests on the glass and is not broken.I believe a touch of glue would fix this right up.

A pair of these recently sold here on and whereattributed to Orrefors. I cannot say for sure if Orrefors made the glass but the lamps are very similar to others they have made.

These lamps will be fully insured and boxed very carefully. Should damage occur during shipping I will provide you with all the documentation needed to place an insuranceclaim through the shipper. You MUST keep ALL the packaging material to give to the shipper.

The lamps will be shipped within one week (seven days) of cleared payment. Paypal only.
