Ideal Motorific Mercury State Police Car Custom Series Nice Condition For Sale
Up for your consideration is a 1966 Ideal Motorific MERCURY STATE POLICE CAR W/CHASSIS & MOTOR. The body appears to be in excellent condition with everything intact including antenna, siren and gumball on roof. All windows are intact and in excellent condition. The chrome looks very nice on wheels side spears and bumpers with very minimal wear. The factory orange paint on roof has a rub through spot on each side near the roof line where you can see the blue color underneath. Also a bit of orange paint is worn off most of the passenger side vent post and a small bit worn on passenger windshield post. The "S" on State on driver's door has a minute bit of wear. The star on trunk lid is very good. Chassis is in place along with motor. I removed chassis and tested motor with two AA batteries and it ran great. Batteries are NOT included. All in all a very nice hard to find car for age. I don't think it was ran much. Sold AS IS.
