Antique KANGXI (1654-1722) Chinese Blue & White Porcelain Tea Caddy, Sterling SIlver

Here is a superb antique tea caddy
Made of thick, fine white porcelain
Hexagonal body
Outstanding Cobalt Blue & White foliate ornamentation
The lid is made of Sterling Silver, and was added to the piece in the 19th/20th century (fits well) - marked STERLING 925K
Signed on the underside with the four-character Kangxi mark and of the period
Dates back to the period of Kangxi Empreror (4 May 1654 – 20 December 1722), the fourth emperor of the Qing DynastyPLEASE SCROLL DOWN THE PAGE FOR MORE PHOTOS!
Measurements: Approx. 6\" high with lid, 5.5\" x 3.25\" overall
Weighs about 1.5 lbs.
Condition: Please see photos below. All original. Spots of missing glaze due to firing defects. Minor flakes around the edges, more notably at the neck\'s end
As mentioned above, the Sterling Silver lid is a newer addition, from the late 1800\'s/early 1900\'s
