The artwork is vintage WWII era, as is the subject matter of the jokes! As you can see from the photos, they are basically atry-fold letter with adhesive on the top to self-seal, so noenvelopes necessary. Great \"New-Old\" stock! Printed by Rabbin-Schenkel , Inc. NY.
