Custom policy

Lay Away or Lay By is welcome on items over $500 with the Balance due within 8 weeks.

Simply make your offer or \'Buy it Now\' on the item you wish to purchase.
Then Contact Us with your PayPal email address and the frequency of payments you wish to make.
We will email you with details on how to pay your Layaway / Lay By

OUR BASIC TERMS

Layaway is only available on items $500 or more.
A 30% deposit is required with the balance due within 8 weeks.
Instalments can be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Your purchase will be shipped promptly AFTER the final balance has been received and cleared.
Re sizing of any rings will be done prior to full payment so your ring will be ready to mail on your final payment.
Layaway is not available with Custom orders.

DEFAULTING, CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER

We understand the sometimes unforeseen circumstances prevent you making a timely payment.
Please contact us if you have difficulty in making your payments and we will be happy to accommodate your needs as best we can.If you must cancel or you do not pay for your item within the 8 weeks, we will refund your payments less 15% on the purchase price.Shipping costs and/or re sizing fees are not refundable

Please contact us within the 8 week time frame if you wish to change your order.

RETURNS

Our return policy is applicable to layaways / lay bys however there will be a fee of 15% of the purchase price.
Rings that have been re sized may also be returned.
Please contact us prior to returning your item for shipping instructions.
Shipping costs and/or re sizing fees are not refundable.

Custom policy

We accept payments through PayPal as this is safe, easy and quick!
You can pay with your PayPal funds or your Visa or Master Card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your Credit Card. Simply follow the checkout instructions and you will be able to enter your credit card details.
If your payment is an eCheque, it will take a few days to clear. Your item will be shipped once your funds have cleared.

Australian Buyers
10% GST is applicable on your purchases. Please pay your initial invoice through PayPal and we will then send you a money request through PayPal for the GST component.You also have the option to pay via Direct Deposit. Please contact us before making your purchase if you wish to use this option.

We ship to the address supplied on your PayPal payment and details of your purchase will be included in your parcel.
