You are offerding on a lovely antique Victorian carved agate cameo 10K gold brooch that measures approx. 1 3/16\" x 1\" and weighs approx. 5.8 grams. I have added a coin in one picture so you can gauge the size. The cameo has some tiny chips on the headband that are noticeable under magnification. The stone is very stable and secure in the setting with no movement. The engraved bezel setting is not hallmarked but tests to be 10K gold. The pin hinge & clasp work fine and the item can be worn as is. I gently cleaned the item but will leave additional cleaning up to the buyer.
