I can not tell if that is from the same source as the other marks or if it is in the plastic. Otherwise he is in lovely condition. Hair is relatively soft for this big brother pony. Shiny too! And he is a nice color of blue!I do not try to remove stray marks and spots. I do a mild surface cleaning only. You may be able to remove some marks by trying different cleaning methods.
