Ooak Diminutive Fairy Faerie House Cottage Dollhouse By J. Mclaughlin:
Welcome to my imagination and the miniature world of FAIRIES. For your consideration I offer my latest One Of A Kind (OOAK) fairy creation in a smaller scale than I usually design. This humble little cottage can even be used as a centerpieceon your table. This Tudor-style fairy habitat is constructed from wood, set on a wooden TURN TABLEbase and features1 small room of living space.Woodland greenery practically obscures this wee hide away for fairys to maintain their secret life. This structure is embellished with fauxsilkflorals, curvy branches, lots of GRAPEVINE , mushrooms and mosses, both real and artificial. The windows are metal grid and the awning over the door is a dried fungi. Moss covers the roof and is topped off with a dried mushroom atop thechimney. The wood plank door is embellished with ajeweled vintage MOTHER OF PEARL medallion and is hinged allowing entry into the ONE UNFINISHED ROOM. Grapevine climbs up the left side porch structure. Nooks and crannies abound and there is something to see at every angle! I am including a BATTERY OPERATED TEA LIGHT to place inside, which adds an enchanting glow when lit!
This fairy habitat is appx. 15" tall to top ofhighest driftwoodrooflineand the round wooden base is appx. 12" in diameter.(these measurements do NOT include protruding florals) A perfect shape where displayspace is lacking!
This is truly a feast for the eyes with many items not fullycaptured in the photos! There are manysurprises to be found......Those of you familiar with my work know the extent of detail involved and how my fairy homes are even more impressive in their 3-dimensional appearance. If you would like additional photos or information, pleasecontact me and be sure to include your email address.
All of my fairy houses are ONE OF A KIND. It will come signed and dated by myself, Julie McLaughlin. I try to make each home look as if it were actually built by tiny fairy architects, using natural items from local forests and lake shores with a few items borrowed from us. I use QUALITY materials and recycle old and new items. My goal is that they all blend beautifullyto createa magical sense of fantasy to the viewer.
I DO NOT MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING. Most of my fairy houses are HEAVY and LARGE. I always try to find the safest way to pack and ship these but the postage costs are not cheap! IF SHIPPING IS SIGNIFICANTLY LESS TO YOUR LOCATION THAN I LISTED, I WILL GLADLY REFUND THE DIFFERENCE TO YOU.
I' d like to THANK all of my previous buyers and buyers! Your kind words keep me inspired!
THANKS FOR LOOKING and GOOD LUCK!
