This is a lovely 1:12 scale English style church. The main church and the tower can be separated - in fact the tower can be completely lifted off if the wires for the lighting are disconnected. The outside of the church is covered with a brick compound, put on with a stencil to look like real stone. The back and the end behind the tower has not been covered but we have spare compound and the stencil for anyone who wanted to cover more. The copper tape for the lighting currently runs down the back of the building. The roof is covered with a fiber glass sheet to look like slates. The inside is accessed by opening the front panel, the roof is hinged at the top and can be opened if desired to show off the beamed roof. The windows are made to look like stained glass and look really effective when the lights are on. There is a metal weather vane on top of the tower which can just be seen in one of the photos. The hinge plates and handles on the church doors are real metal. The base size is approximately 38 x 25.5\". The church is approx 26 x 18\" and 23\" high. The tower is 8 x 8\" and 31\" high. The floor is stained wood and the wall\'s wood paneling is actually made from fiber glass. The sale is just for the church only - the other items are being sold separately.This item is heavy and so pick up only. If a buyer wants it shipped it will be at their cost and risk.
