Exceeding RARE Presidential US Marshall Appointment dated -October 2nd, 1897 - 100% authentically hand signed by President William McKinley and future Supreme Court Justice Joesph McKenna !

Document is in overall good condition (as seen - has small edge tears and moderate to heavy aging/toning as seen) measuring approx 16\" x 21\" boldly hand signed at conclusion in lower right corner by President William McKinley (signature is in brown ink as seen and is a FULL William McKinley not a \"W. McKinley\" and measures approx 4 1/2\" in length) . Document is also hand countersigned by the Attorney General and future Supreme Court Justice Joseph McKenna.

This is the only dual signed document I have come across in 20 yrs of the current President and future Supreme Court Justice !

Actual hand signed Presidential material for President McKinley is the most desirable to all serious Presidential autograph collectors. US Marshall appointments from President McKinley are also quite rare to find. McKinley holds the distinction of being one of only 4 martyred US Presidents:
