Here\'s an Antique Taylor Smith & Taylor AVONA CHINA 177 Vegetable Bowl. This East Liverpool, Ohio US pottery piece has worn Gold gilding on the Ribbon Handles, the top edge and the scalloped footing. It is Charmingly Crazed and may have once had a cover -- I have no idea. It is would make a Darling Planter ~ Think BONSAI or Pansies. 43071B
Bowl has underglaze triangular stamped Mark as shown in pictures. It measures a handy planter-size of 7-1/2 inches wide PLUS handles, 2-3/4 inches tall and 5 inches across the footed base. It weighs 1.2 pounds without packaging. Excellentcondition, with no damage other than the heavy, colored crazing. Please study my pictures as they form an important part of the description.
