~a vintage art deco flapper carved flower and a.b. rhinestone bangle bracelet, all in good vintage condition. there is black loss from one side of the inside only. the hinge is firm and secure.2 1/4\" inner diameter by 7/8\" wide.~ enjoy! i am not sure if this bracelet is bakelite or lucite, black comes off on q-tip with simichrome polish NOT YELLOW?
