I remember this sitting on top of my father\'s roll top desk and the head moved. Recently found this in a shoe box but do not know how to put it together or if a part is missing.

Been told it is rare and have not been able to find ANY information on it.

Please look at the pictures before offerding as they are part of the description. Comes from a smoke free home and has not been cleaned, see some dirt on base. Original paper sticker is torn and still attached.

Mickey looks like he is hand painted.
