This fun glassunder-the-seapaperweight would also make a great gift for a child if he/she loves the world of the oceans. The heavy glass has two fish on front and back, seaweed and other growths at the bottom of the sea.When you look at either side, you see all four fish and the seaweed on both sides as well. The sceneseems to be painted on the outside, but it isn\'t. There is a very three dimensionaleffect to the piece. The paperweight is 4\" tall, 3-1/2\" wide and 1-3/4\" deep from front to back at the base. Being a retired elementary teacher, I think children would have fun justturning the glass piece around, trying to figure outwhere the fish are. Of course, this isn\'tjust for children, but could actually make aunique paperweight for Mom or Dad. The photos don\'t do justice to the paperweights.
