If I do not list an item as new then it is to be considered pre-owned,
vintage, out of it's original packaging or tags removed. I will mention this is
the listing. Please assume all vintage and pre-owned items to be used. Used
clothing was most likely worn and washed or dry-cleaned. This can change the
original size and color. I will always take measurements of clothing so you
should use those measurements instead of tag size. Your monitor or phone may
not show colors the same as mine or the item. I will always try to take a
picture in the best light possible to show you exactly how it looks. If there
is a stain or missing piece, wear, patina I will note that. Honesty is the best
Payment sales: Payment should be made at end of sale. If you intend to offer on more than 1 item and win I will AUTOMATICALLY send you an invoice we would like paid immediately. It is YOUR responsibility to send me a quick message via messaging letting me know you intend to offer on other items. Please also note we will ONLY allow 7 days. You will still receive an unpaid item notification from for unpaid items you offer on and but you are give adequate time to pay for everything you offer on. Payment Buy It Now and Offer Accepted:When I accept your offer you are expected to continue to checkout. If you want several items simply place them in your cart and combined shipping discounts will show for those items. If after 24 hours of an offer accepted I have not either received a message from you via messaging or you have not paid I will proceed with a BUYER requests to cancel request and relist the item for others that may have wanted it. We appreciate your understanding on both of these policies.
RETURNS: We take many pictures of items and describe enough detail you will know exactly what you are getting, I provide measurements or include something in the picture for size comparison and YOU can always ask as many questions as needed via messaging that I will respond to within a few hours if we are on the time zone.
Return shipping is always the buyers responsibility. Opening an item not as described case on an item will be argued. Buyers remorse is not a reason for a return. Wearing or using the item for a special event and then no longer needing it is not a reason for a return. If I have truly intentionally miss-represented and item then that is a reason to open a case but you will NEVER find me doing this. I have no reason and nothing to gain by being deceitful. If an item arrives broken, packaging is damaged, etc PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE OF EVERYTHING and include that with your message to me or return request. I over-wrap everything to insure it will arrive in a safe manner. DO NOT USE SCISSORS TO OPEN YOUR INNER PACKAGES as I have seen necklaces cut right in half when a buyer does this. Way to many things can happen to an item within the 14 days we allow returns so we do charge a 20% restocking fee for every item we send out. Again opening a case to avoid this restocking fee will be argued. I am always happy to discuss an alternative that will make us both happy. If your item arrives new with tag or has my tag attached then it is expected to be returned in the same exact condition. We do not RENT our items out. We sell them and if you just do not like it and do not mind paying return shipping and the 20% restocking fee simply use the automatic returns option. But again it must be returned in the EXACT unaltered condition you received it in.
EXAMPLE of a return not allowed: you purchased a dress for an event. Removed tag wore it and now do not need it. Or you purchased a bracelet and removed links because it was too big and still don't like it. Or you purchase a necklace and use it and 2 weeks later a stone falls out.
And finally if for some strange reason I missed say a missing stone on a piece of jewelry or a watch I claim working before I send it to you does not then please simply contact me and let me know what happened. You can always use the automatic return option but sometimes it is just not worth the back and forth and If you contact me we may work out an alternative that will make you happy. response:I will leave response for my buyers after I have received positive response from you. Leaving negative response without first contacting us to allow us the opportunity to resolve any problem you may have had with your purchase will not get you want I want...a resolution to the issue. If for some reason I am unable to get your package out the door within the 1 business day I list as then something has happened to prevent me from doing so and I always send you a message letting you know what happened beyond my control. I am a full-time caregiver to my quadriplegic husband and yes things pop up beyond my control with him and may delay your shipment. I will let you know if that happens.
I can not control what the post office does after I hand over your package. I hope, hope, hope that the package is scanned and leaves our post office here in Spring HIll Fl 34606 that same day but I have seen them take a few days to process a package or on occasion forget to scan it and we will not see a scan until it reaches you. Strange but it happens. Never worry about your packages because I am on it. I watch and make sure each package in delivered. When I do see a package that is left at a door I always follow up with in email to make sure you grabbed it up. If you are going out of town please have a neighbor pick up your mail or have it held at the PO. I have seen way to many packages stolen especially in apartment complexes. Once the item reaches you and is noted that it has it is out of my hands.
