This chair is in good used condition; it does have some wear in the finish in heavy use spots such as the arms. There is a very thin stress crack in one of the arms, but it is not affecting anything. There are some surface scratches due to normal use, considering it\'s age. But it\'s a very sturdy & \"beefy\" chair.
