Condition is New with Shelf Wear and handling wear; does not appear to ever been used. The conductive thin wire reel is full (2000 feet ). The Technical Manual TM 11-2438-20 shown is not included. That was an image that was on line. It is available for viewing on the WEB The RL-156/UMQ-4, Hand Cable Reeling Machine is hand-operated. The wire reel has the capacity to hold 2000 feet of transmission-mooring cable. A counter indicates the approximate number of feet of cable let out. The elevation indicator gives an approximate angle (from the verical) of the cable when the kytoon is in flight. The clinometer is mounted in the clinometer clamp which can be raised as desired. The end of the transmission-mooring cable terminates in the connector to which the data cable is attached; the other end terminates in the receptacle that is plugged into the wiresonde connector.
