Returns Conditions

A 14-day \'cooling off\' returns window is in place for buyer to cancel their purchase. If return is desired, a refund of the sale price (excluding postage cost) will be issued. Buyer must pay for return postage.

If goods are faulty, buyer will be issued a full refund. PM Antiques & Collectables will also cover the postage cost of returning the goods.

Where goods are damaged in transit (and refund is requested), buyer is required to cooperate with PM Antiques & Collectables in the carrier compensation claims process whereby photographic evidence of the damages/loss is necessary. Buyer must retain the damaged goods (with all original packaging) and may be required to post them to carrier\'s inspection branch (a free-post UK address) upon request. A refund will be issued once sufficient material has been provided to carrier.
