MCS PROCEDURES (Within the US)
•USA Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
•USPS Express delivery is available for expedited shipping. If you choose this method your order will ship the next business day via express mail.
•We ship via U.S. Postal Service to PO Boxes, APOs/FPOs
•All Domestic shipments come with a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number. We will send you this number automatically via e-mail once your package ships
•Payments are processed in the order in which they are received the day AFTER payment clears. We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Your shipment will typically leave our warehouse within 3 business days from when your payment clears. Larger shipments exceeding 50 items will typically leave our warehouse within 5 business days. If an order is delayed for any reason you will be contacted.
•Insurance coverage is optional. The cost of insurance is $2.50 per $100.
MCS INTERNATIONAL PROCEDURES (Outside the US)
•Standard International orders are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority International Mail depending on their weight. Our standard service is not guaranteed to come with tracking ability. Insurance is not available for First Class or Priority shipments.
•USPS Express delivery is also an option. If you choose this method your order will be expedited, it will include a tracking number and it is automatically insured for up to $100. Additional insurance is not available.

We will gladly offer returns for items purchased using the "Buy It Now" Feature. You may return these items . For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.

It is a New item (as defined above) but is a generic version manufactured by a separate manufacturer.

Refurbished
Refurbished typically means that the customer returned the item for reasons other than being defective (e.g. a customer may have changed his or her mind, did not like the product, or had difficulty operating it). Whether it is returned a month later or the very next day, such an item must be identified as reconditioned or refurbished to be resold.
Every product targeted for reconditioning must pass a thorough examination. After undergoing repairs and/or sanitation when necessary, the product is repackaged either by the original manufacturer or a reputable professional restoration firm. After the reconditioning process the product has a like-new or almost new condition.
Often, the only ways to distinguish a refurbished product from a new product are blacked-out serial numbers, removal of the UPC code, or removal of the front page of the manual by the manufacturer.
