Colors available: Warm White, Cool White, Blue, Red & Green
We have had a few customers ask about the difference between the warm white and cool white. Warm white is a softer grade of white, there is a minor tinge of yellow to it, whilst the cool white is a more harsh white color (most notably with a tinge of blue). You may not recognise the difference when looking at each individually, however when placed next to each other there is a stark contrast.

Shipping & Freight information
Most items will be sent via Auspost E-Parcel, Registered post or regular (please check the shipping methods for the product as shown on ). Shipping fee includes postage and handling fees (packaging & materials). We unfortunately do not offer pickup, unless stated in the advertisement.

UPS, DHL, E-GO Courier: We have accounts with each of these courier companies. Couriers are mainly used for freighting our bulky items. These do have tracking but limited insurance cover.

Contact us after 10 working days (Monday - Friday is 5 working days) if you haven't received your purchased item, so we can help track the item with Australia Post. In the case that you are not at home, a card should be left (however this is not always the case) informing your that your parcel is at your local post office.

Return & Refunds policy
We offer our customer a standard 30 day replacement warranty (unless stated otherwise) for your peace of mind against manufacturer faults. In the rare occasion that you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately through before sending the item back. We reserve the right to void warranty if the returned product has been abused, mishandled, modified, mis-used, and/or physically inflicted by the user.
Buyer is responsible for all the return postage and handling fees. The item will be inspected and if faulty, an exchange or refund will be provided. Any refunds are only applicable to the product cost and does not included any postage or handling fees.
