How are the flowers delivered?
In order to guarantee the freshness of our products, our flowers are shipped fresh from the growers to your doorstep. Wrapped in cellophane, our flowers are shipped in a specially designed gift box to ensure freshness during delivery. Flowers are arranged as stated in our descriptions. Also enclosed are your vase, personal message, flower food, bundled accessories (if applicable) and a letter outlining the best way for the recipient to care for the flower or plant.
How much are delivery fees?
Delivery fees are determined from a number of factors including the product chosen and delivery date. You will have an opportunity to review the delivery fees when selecting a delivery date.
Where do we deliver?
We take orders for delivery anywhere in the continental US. We do not deliver to Hawaii or Alaska.
What days of the week do we deliver?
We deliver every day except for Sundays and major holidays.
Why are there no deliveries on Sunday?
Because our shippers do not deliver on Sunday in most locations, we are unable to offer Sunday delivery at this time.
What time will the flowers arrive?
Shipments will be delivered by 5:00 p.m. for business addresses and by 8:00 p.m. for residential addresses on the requested delivery date.
How are the flowers packaged?

Yes, flowers will arrive with a vase. Vases may vary by bouquet. This is because our growers each have different vases, and different ones are available at different times.
What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
All ProFlowers shipments automatically have a "signature release," which means that the package can be dropped off without requiring a signature. In most cases, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, and if there is no answer, will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.

If you need to include special information with your order, please send a communication through the Message Center for a customer service representative to assist you. Provide Commerce guarantees that its flowers will be fresh for at least seven (7) days after delivery and that its plants will be fresh for at least fourteen (14) days after delivery.
With respect to any of our guarantees, our sole and exclusive obligation or liability and your sole and exclusive remedy will be, in our discretion, to refund the purchase price or to replace and deliver equivalent product items, as soon as reasonably possible.
