I got an excellent estate sale lot of hot wheel track and accessories, Shipping
* I ship USPS which includes First Class (if under 13 ounces), Standard (Parcel) Post, Priority and Media Mail depending on which is the most cost effective to your location. Each package has tracking information.
* I am happy to provide combined shipping when possible. Please ask!
* I do offer international shipping. Buyer is responsible for custom fees. Please check with your customs office prior to purchase if you have questions
* I ship items within 24 hours of receiving payment (EXCEPT WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). Shipping boxes have been recycled from prior use. Please inspect your items carefully and let me know within 3 days if your package has arrived damaged. If there is damage, take photos of the box, packing materials and item you purchased. Keep all original packaging including the box and packing materials. I will submit the insurance claim along with your photos showing damage. In some cases the buyer may be required by the USPS to take the damaged item and package to your local post office for inspection. Reimbursement on the claim from the post office takes approximately 3 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please keep in mind when shopping that all items are sold as vintage, gently used and in “as is” condition. I do my heartfelt best to describe the items as accurately as possible with what I know about them. I hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if it isn\'t love at first sight, I do accept returns. Please contact me regarding returns within 48 hours of package receipt. A returned item should be in the same condition it was when I mailed it and sent back in its original packaging with postage paid by the buyer. Once I have received the item, I will refund its cost, not including postage. Postage is also not refunded on international orders.
As a service to my customers I incur the cost of any insurance, which unless otherwise requested is added at my discretion, I add no handling fees for your package and there is never a restocking fee if an item is returned
