We will tri-fold or half-fold these for you at no additional cost. Our brochures are printed on premium heavyweight bright white100# white gloss paper (not the typical thinner 80# gloss that many others use). We also add an aqueous protective coating for an extra nice glossy finish.
We will print 1000 brochures for you from your artwork in full color, both sides as per your supplied artwork. fold them and ship the order to you. All our printing is done on a real printing press with a very high quality 500 lpi ultra fine line screen for incredible detail and sharpness without seeing 'dot patterns' as are typical of 133 line screen printing. WE DO NOT SELLDIGITALCOPIES. We are happy to mail samples if you like - just contact us by phone or email.
Upon winning this sale and completion of payment through Paypal,we will email you confirmation of receipt of your payment and request that you email us your print ready artwork (artwork that is 100% ready for printing and needs no setup at all). We can accept any file format that can be opened with Photoshop such as psd, pdf, tiff, jpg, etc. - resolution must be 300dpi. YOU MUST SEND TWO FILES, ONE FOR THE FRONT AND ONE FOR THE BACK. THE FILES NAMES MUST CLEARLY INDICATE 'FRONT' AND BACK'. The image size for artwork for brochures without bleeds should be exactly 8 1/2" x 11".The image size for artwork for brochures WITH BLEEDS should be 8 5/8" x 11 1/8" (1/8" oversize). We will automatically trim the artwork back 1/16" on each edge, so you end up with a final size of 8 1/2" x 11". Or you can send a file with crop marks with the bleeds extended beyond the crop marks by at least 1/16" in each direction. If you are not sure what any of this means, contact usBEFOREmaking your purchase for an explanation and we will provide illustrated instructions of how the file needs to be set up. If you do not know how to setup your file for bleeds or need us to assist you with it, there is a $12 fee to do so.
VERY IMPORTANT: When sending your files, please included your Paypal name in your email so we can match up your artwork to your Paypal payment. Also, we only ship to the verified Paypal address included in with your Paypal payment - no exceptions.
Upon receipt of your print ready files, we will check them and email you a proof and order confirmation. You will then need to email us back your confirmation that everything is correct. We will not print until you confirm the order. Turnaround for printing is typically 2-3 days from the day we receive your approval. Shippingtime varies but is typically 2-3 days anywhere in the country.
Don't have artwork or don't have print ready files? We can create the necessary artwork for a flat rate of just $96 additional. If you need artwork created, add $96 when making your Paypal payment and email us with specific instructions. We will email you a proof and will not print until you give us your final OK. (Please note that custom drawn illustrations are not included in this flat rate artwork fee.)
