Up for sale is a $10,000 dollar bill hologram. This is a very rare item.
THIS IS THE FRONT OF THE BILL ONLY, NOT A CURRENCY, CANNOT USE IT AS MONEY. As noted on the front of the hologram, it says \"THIS IS A HOLOGRAM, NOT LEGAL TENDER\"
It has Salmon P. Chase on the bill aka Lincoln\'s treasury secretary. The item does have many defects. The background of it has scratches to the back (the black background) which causes it to have some see through spots. It probably can be refinished, but I do not know if it is possible. Someone with more knowledge would be able to help in that department. I held it up against the sunlight and you can see where the defects are. I took the item out to see if there was any defects and there was. It has some scotch tape/sticky residue on the front of the glass to the mat but it is not noticeable in the framework..
I have taken pictures of the front and back to show its defect. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PICTURES.
The frame itself can be replaced if it is not to your taste, right now it has gold color trim to the outside with navy/dark color mat. When the item is in the frame, the defects are not quite as noticeable, except for one spot.
